We need good habits in our life to get success both materialistic and spiritual perspective but frustration , obstacles will come. Here some information really helpful .
1.Point out only one good habit at a time and gather information about it as max you can.
2.Write it down on papers and hang at those places you most visit (your study,bed room,gym etc.).
3.Follow with full discipline for at least 22 DAYS (time need for brain to en cycle a new habit).
4.Track your progress and failure .
5.Last but not the least be happy and satisfied with your performance giving your hundred percent.
